The service team got us in in a timely manner and had finished sooner than we had expected. The staff was very friendly and explained everything that was needed for the repair.

It went well. Seth kept me informed on the status of my truck., had an oil change and tire rotation. I also mentioned, I was having issues with the transmission and shifting. They looked it and drove it. Also did a couple of updates to the transmission and shifting module. I believe.

Problem was diagnosed and repairs were made.

We made an appointment my back up camera was bad, they ordered on said it could be a month to get, received a voicemail that the camera is in, called to schedule nobody knew if the camera was in, what was going on, after several back and forth calls they thought it was in and schedule us an appointment. Nobody seems to know what's going on

From start to finish it was very professional & we were shown excellent customer service from the staff we interacted with. Brady was the best in making certain we were taken care of in a timely manner.

Everything was fine at the dealership and I was treated nicely. However, the evening of my service I popped the hood of my vehicle and found out the oil cap had not been replaced after my oil change. It appears some oil spewed out. I contacted the dealership early the next morning and attached photos of what I had found. I was told the service team would contact me shortly. I don't know what is considered "shortly", but now it is a day later and I still have not been contacted to at least talk to me about this issue. Could dirt have gotten into my oil? Do I need another oil change? Should the engine be cleaned of the oil grime? Am I to assume that there are no concerns since I have not been contacted? I would appreciate a response.

EVERYTHING WENT JUST GREAT GREAT SERVICE

Professional service as usual.

On average it usually takes 1 1/2 hours to do an oil change. WAY too long. Plus, my lug nuts for my tires take a special socket to remove them (tire rotation) and it's in my glove box. The last three times the socket is just sitting in the middle of the cup/consol of my truck. How hard is it to put it back in the case and into my glove box. Never had a problem with that before until the last three times there. Think I'm done going there.

Like always my appointment went perfect. You pull up, the door opens, and you are greeted with very professional service tech's. The next thing you know you're ready to go. But, not before you enjoy a cup of coffee while waiting in a very clean, comfortable waiting room, while you encounter serveral very friendly employees. The little things like someone scooting over to hold the door for you, or keeping you up to date on your car, calling you by your first name, all these little things do not go unnoticed by me. It's not just driving away with that shiny new car that I remember it's what happens after that, that is also very much appreciated. I hope the employees behind the scenes are treated very well. They really do make a difference. Thank you for being my go to place since 2012. Merry Christmas.

Decent experience until I had to return and waste half hour out of my day to retrieve security so key for rims - I wasn’t quite treated the way I would expect got a half hearted sorry about that and probably won’t return
